Ensemble hodos has been created by Pierre-Antoine Badaroux and Sebastien Beliah in 2008. This ensemble is working on the relationship between composition and improvisation, and also on the involvment of players in the process of interpreting open-form music.
The Ensemble Hodos is working on music of composers such as John Cage, Philip Corner, Roman Haubenstock-Ramati or Christian Wolff, to name a few. It also tries to give a voice to the music of young composers like Florian Bergmann, Pierre-Antoine Badaroux or Joan Bages i Rubi.
